From being an entreprenurial business person to working with companies in regards to training. hiring and coaching, I have found that my main objectives is to enhance the capabilities of the employees within the organziation, teach them how to hold themselves accoiuntable as well as be held accountable as well as become more productive in their business and career choices.

My objective in life is to enhance incomes, accountabilities, business bottom line potential, project intelligence and adherance to processes and systems that are proven wins for the organziation and it's staff.

My other objective is to enhance my career choices by locating the right company to fit my GOD given telants and experiential capabilities to it's highest levels.

From being a business owner, presently, to the Chief Cook and Bottle Washer of a few organizations my experienctial level has been vast.

Having been able to work for an entreprenurial parent, cleaning floors and wiping display cabinets, to becoming a master automotive mechanic for a rental car agency, it has been an incredible ride. The opporunities to have over 2500 employees working for me to having one employee in a company (me) has taught me management skills and communication skills that most only dream of.

My lessons of right and wrong has been immense in decision making has been outstanding, with more right decisions than bad ones.

When requested to talk about experience I always have the same thought, what haven't I done and I have come up with a short list and the rest is experience: I have not been a aircraft pilot and yet i have flown a Bell Helicopter, I have not gone into outerspace as of yet, and yet have climbed down into the innnerspace of the earth and swam the depths of the ocean floor with a scuba suit and a air tank.

I have traveled and sold products and ideas and loved every moment of my life's career and adventure and most of all I have worked with amazing people that desire to do well as sales people, customer service people, administartive people and assembly workers in many companies.

I have enjoyed working with business owners that fear failure, fear success, fear confrontation, fear not working 24 hours a day and yet all have them have been successful beyond their wildest dreams.

What experience do i truly have. Your decision is the correct one.

I have been to UCLA and to USC and prior to that San Francisco State, Pierce Jumior College, West Valley Occupational Center and earned a Masters in Mechanics, West Valley Junior College and Paralegal Scholl as well as Insurance Scholl of Sucess with many degrees and certificates to my name. But the most education that i have found so valuable in my business career and life are the ones that do not carry points, accredidations, or certificates of accomplishments.

They are the ones of Sales Schools in the here and Now, Human Resource training programs, Execuitve Management Classes and Programs, Management programs that teach real world practical measures and applications as well as computer programs for practical use, presently and into the future.

My education is on going in reading 75+ magazines a month, reading 3-4 books a month on business and the past business applications, reading history of business and the creators of thoughtful business concepts.

My education is daily and I recieve it in many many forms.
