Responsible for monitoring defendants released on Personal, Cash, or Surety bonds who are currently under the supervision of the District Courts while charges are pending. These defendants are assigned conditions of release from custody. Required to maintain a caseload upwards of one-hundred defendants at any given time, ensuring that they are in full compliance with the conditions of their release. Directly reports any violations to District court judges. Has testified in legal proceedings as to an individual’s performance during supervision.
