• Develop and coordinate with staff, internal activities to resolve complex account/client needs/issues.
• Originate, generate, and initiate new business/office operating procedures for businesses, as well as satellite offices.
• Maximize a diversity of resources to obtain new business accounts.
• Monitor account follow-up activities, resulting in increased client retention.

Department of Defense (DoD):

• Develop, implement, and monitor division budget and accountability of same.
• Consolidate financial data for assigned systems/subsystems with elements of cost or line item detail to support appropriation requests and allotment of funds.
• Prepare funding documents including Purchase Requests, Project Orders, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests, Procurement Directives, and requests for establishing and tracking Reimbursable Orders.
• Perform complete processing of funding documents.
• Establish and manage travel accounts and monitor costs through the Accounting and Finance and in-house systems and preparation of expense reports.
• Prepare letters and assist in obtaining financial data from participating activities regarding funds requirements, budget estimates, obligations, and expenditures.
• Control and maintain property inventory and tracking.

Financial:

• Manage, analyze, and process:
o Accounts payable/receivable
o Payroll (FICA/Federal withholding deposits - manually, as well as electronically)
o Workmen’s Compensation insurance/savings accounts
o Monthly bank reconciliation
o Monthly account analysis
o Company retirement account
o Annual submission of various types of insurances (disability, unemployment, etc.)
o Year-end compilation of tax filing information
o Create and maintain an electronic tracking system for tracking purchase requisitions and purchase orders



Personnel:

• Recruit
• Review and classify resumes
• Interview
• Hire/terminate employees
• Perform New Hire orientation and termination briefings
• Counsel employees on performance

Purchasing:

• Compose and process requirements documents for purchase requisitions and orders.
• Negotiate and procure office equipment and supplies, which include lease contracts and service agreements.
• Control and manage staff travel requirements/arrangements utilizing manual, as well as computerized system.
• Process and finalize invoices for payment.

Psychological/Dental:

• Transcribe psychological test results, progress notes, and reports.
• Arrange and schedule client schedules using automated (PracticeWorks) and manual systems.
• Prepare and process billing and pre-authorizations to insurance companies and clients; research problem areas/difficulties.

Security:

• Administer DoD security program for Air Force government contractor.
• Initiate and manage training for all personnel on contract.


Safety/Workmen’s Compensation:

• Develop and administer safety programs.
• Initiate and manage training for all personnel on contract.
• Fulfill monthly facility self-inspections.
• Report, analyze, and process employee accidents.
