apartment communities, 7 mobile home communities, and 5
homeowner associations (HOA); company also develops land
and owns and manages warehouse space leased for commercial
use. Operations supported by over 60 employees.

Assistant to Vice President

Supported executive responsibilities while simultaneously
contributing to office administrative tasks; originally
brought in as Leasing Consultant and within 3 months,
appointed to assist Vice President in headquarters
environment.

Scope of role included property and resident
correspondence (including problem resolution), budget
development support, human resources management (including
employee orientation and payroll preparation), audit
assistance, vendor file and property contract maintenance,
marketing supplies procurement and distribution, meeting
organization, guest meet & greet, and billing/coding
approvals (supporting accounting); operated as liaison
between management/owner and on-site personnel. Technical
environment comprised Microsoft Office (including Word,
Excel, and Outlook), copier, fax machine, and postage meter.

Recorded HOA due payments, maintained spreadsheets,
reported delinquent payments, and spearheaded collections;
assisted with allocation and tracking of violation notices
and fines. Maintained spreadsheets with property owner
information; refined knowledge of declarations/covenants
and by-laws for HOAs.

* Ensured smooth execution of administrative operations
by maintaining organized work environment and ensuring
daily management of property files, vendor files, contracts
