Service Agent

Boarded flights, directed passengers to their proper
destinations, problem solved, helped accommodate
passengers whose flights were cancelled, checked in
bags. I also worked in Dispatch, and was in charge of
tracking inbound and outbound planes, and dispatching
agents to meet passengers who would need special
accommodations. This job was extremely fast paced and
challenging, both mentally and physically. Accuracy,
speed and precision were a crucial aspect of this job.
Programs used involved Sabre and Image.

6/06 – 11/06: The Ultimate Party, Amsterdam,

Netherlands: Promotions/Marketing Director
Promoted a local pub crawl, via street promotions and
online marketing. Put together presentations to sell
to groups, led groups of tourists to local pubs and
clubs, made sure everyone had a good time. Coordinated
events for tourists and at bars.

6/05 - 01/006: Norweigan Cruise Lines, Miami,FL :

Bartender/Customer Relations
Lived aboard the Pride of America cruise ship acting
as a bar server/bartender. Member of a team that
brought the ship from Germany to Hawaii and worked
aside VIPS and travel agents. Duties included
bartending, preparing nightly bartender reports,
weekly inventory and stocking, and maintaining healthy
passenger satisfaction. Prepared bars for weekly FDA
inspection. Supervised three to five bar servers.
Rotated bars monthly and worked in several different
atmospheres. Very fast-paced, involved job which
required me to be on duty 24 hours a day. Part of the
evacuation team, attending drill 3 times a week and
always being prepared to assist passengers off the
ship in case of an emergency. Intense physically and
mentally demanding position. I was also in charge of
coordinating land tours and bar events for guests.

Full charge bookkeeper and financial manager for this
coffee roasting company, including accounts
payable/receivable, budget control, bi-weekly payroll,
and inventory ordering. Provided administrative
support to CEO. Researched local coffee shops to
determine what brands of coffee they carried.
Responsible for developing marketing presentations and
scheduling meetings with the decision-maker of the
companies to whom we were trying to sell our coffee.
Utilized QuickBooks and ACT.

8/01 - 12/04: JB Custom Carpets Edgewood, WA:

Executive Assistant/ contractual relations
Sole provider of all administrative duties, such as
accounts payable/receivable, bi-weekly payroll, budget
control, ordering and tracking inventory, scheduling
meetings and daily jobs, answering multi-line phones,
and tracking profit and loss. Ensured sure four work
vans were properly maintained. Supervised one
receptionist and three crews of three men each.
Instrumental in successful bidding of contracts for
major accounts with Costco and Lowe’s. In charge of
contractual relations and customer service.
