Planning and monitoring industrial security arrangements involving preparing security plans, crime prevention programs, evacuation plans, deployment of security personnel, etc.
Implementing stringent systems / measures to establish and maintain high security standards in compliance with prescribed statutory norms.

Liaising with local law enforcement & administrative agencies, state administrative authorities, police department and private security agencies.

Crisis Management
Managing operations involving decision making, information management, problem-solving, project and program planning, resource management, and monitoring.
Responsible for the overall coordination of the organization's response to a crisis, in an effective, timely manner; planning disaster/ emergency management programs.
Handling the security of men, material & machinery resources including management of disaster management & fire fighting programs.

General Administration
Monitoring overall operations across Security & Assets management areas.
Developing and negotiating with vendors for timely procurement of security gadgets used as physical barriers for intruders.
Conducting detailed investigation of security breeches/ recommendations for compliance.

Personnel Administration
Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualising need-based training programs for performing security operations.
Taking adequate measures to ensure harmonious industrial relations among employees and keeping compliance with various industrial laws.
