Senior Associate or Partner - Real Estate, Transactional (Boutique)
My client, a boutique real estate law firm, located in San Antonio, is searching for a senior associate or partner-level attorney to join their team. Their primary practice areas are land use development transactions and sophisticated commercial real estate for clients in Texas, as well as out of state.
No book of business to port is required or desired. Applicants must have experience in any combination of the following areas:
Construction law, oil & gas, development, real estate finance, leasing, entitlements, zoning, business structuring.
The firm is looking for a lawyer who started out at either a big firm or a recognized real estate boutique with strong real estate transactional experience, either in development or finance. Preference is for at least 2 or 3 years in that kind of practice, however only 1 year of that type of practice will be considered for strong applicants.
