Operations Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including but not limited to, repair, assembly, quality control, program management, materials, warehousing, engineering, sales, manufacturing, production

  • Must be able to effectively lead production floors, engineering departments, and supply chain logistics

  • Establish and review budgets and manage the profits of each department and the entire organization

  • Implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, procedures, and training programs

  • Develop and track KPIs focusing on the quality and delivery of company services

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interpreting financial statements

Operations Manager Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in related field

  • Minimum 10 years of post graduate experience

  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO 9001/AS9100, ISO 13485

  • Experience in developing and executing clear Operations Management standards and systems for implementation throughout the organization

  • Must have previous experience in SemiConductor, Medical Device, or Machine Fabrication settings
