Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of this position is:

Manages a national team of Project Managers and oversee segment direction + sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Works in conjunction with department manager to meet and exceed annual budget for Project Services department.
Manage process flow, policies and procedures for project sales department.
Oversee product/pricing catalog for department.
Direct national lead cultivation and qualification from databases such Dodge and ISQFT.
Manage and provide oversight of contract creation and review process.
Promote sales/service support from Project Service department to national team of Regional. Managers Manage CRM database for Project Service department Co-Manage department. Schedules Lead, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers.


Job Requirements:
Qualifications

Ability to read Architectural/Construction Drawings & Project Specifications
Strong business acumen with experience in finance and/or budget management
Strong work ethic
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Coding Experience Preferred)
CRM Experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Dodge or similarly based lead database applications.
Able to manage multiple tasks and jobs simultaneously
College Degree (Project Management Experience Preferred/Desired)
Industry knowledge a plus
