Talent Acquisition Partner - Temp

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on Store recruitment, as well as Non-Exempt recruitment for a number of openings, while also assisting with some Talent Acquisition support functions.

Responsibilities



  • Partner with teammates to implement strategy around entry-level/college recruiting initiatives, and attend career fairs/networking events as appropriate

  • Partner with hiring managers at all levels to determine job requirements and specifications, and from there post openings to various channels (social media, job boards, ATS, etc) and conduct full life-cycle recruitment processes

  • Collect, maintain and update recruitment data and metrics through appropriate systems and dashboards/reports on a regular basis

  • Assist with vendor management as necessary

  • Manage candidate offer and on-boarding processes

  • Process candidate interview expenses and search firm invoices

  • Follow-up with candidates to address any issues with application process, while routing candidates to the appropriate contact for further consideration

  • Source candidates through online tools such as Taleo, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Yelp, Google, etc

  • Manage email campaigns through multiple channels (Taleo,Talent Network, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Monster, college job boards, DOL career sites, Facebook, Twitter, etc)

  • Update and manage all recruiting event digital communications

  • Maintain interview schedule for hiring events


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in a recruiting and/or sourcing role

  • Experience with full life-cycle recruiting and partnering with various levels of management/hiring managers

  • Experience with Campus / College Recruiting

  • Experience with Non-Exempt Recruiting

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Familiarity with social media platforms as they relate to/are used for Talent Acquisition practices

  • Familiarity and experience with the utilization of more common job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, etc)

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work well in a high volume environment with competing demands

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

  • High attention to detail

  • Highly organized

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint in particular

  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook to send/receive email and schedule meetings/appointments

  • Openness to travel to San Bernardino, CA Distribution Center 1-2 times per week


Preferred Qualifications



  • Retail experience preferred

  • Experience with Workday recruiting system
