This position is focused on business/project development, working directly with clients and prospects. - Manage the entire sales/project develpment process from lead generation, to engagement to managing relationshps and negotiating agreements.
- Execute a targeted sales plan, achieving revenue and profitability goals.
- Maintain and expand customer base by managing key accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Research and develop lists of potential customers and manage a pipeline of new business.
Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy. A demonstrated track record of in prior sales positions, managing and exceeding quotas. Strong closing skills. The abiltiy to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time. Hunter mentality with a driven personality to achieve and exceed sales goals. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
