The Administrator is responsible for the all day-to-day operations and services of the Agency. The Administrator organizes and directs the Agency's ongoing functions on a day to day basis; maintains ongoing liaison among the governing body and the staff. The Administrator is responsible for employing qualified personnel including assuring the development of personnel qualifications and policies; ensures adequate staff education and evaluations; ensures the accuracy of public information materials and activities, marketing, implements an effective budgeting system and is responsible for the fiscal management of their branch office. The Administrator ensures that a Clinical Manager is available during all operating hours. The Administrator may also function as the Clinical Manager. The Administrator accepts 24-hour responsibility for supervision of client care.

A. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN or equivalent preferred. Licensed as an RN without restrictions in state(s) or practice.
B. Must have and maintain current CPR certification
C. Has training and experience in health service administration and at least 1 year supervisory administrative experience in home health care or a related healthcare program. Pediatric experience preferred. Continue participation in further personal and professional growth.
D. Must be capable of operation of general office equipment including computer and related tools, facsimile machine, telephone, copier, etc.
E. Basic computer skills a must.
F. Must communicate well both orally and in writing in English.
