Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be familiar with company’s products like seafood categories and promote sales to existing clients by contacting them to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs;
• Identify, establish and develop new business relationship with prospective customers to create new business based on the company products;
• Promote online shop’s sales by using effective marketing promotion strategies;
• Help customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and regulations;
• Set up and maintain accounts not only by selling products to customers, but also promoting company image when maintaining a long-term business relationship.
• Conduct market research and trends to find out consumer demand, potential sales and competition;
• Communicate with inventory control depends on product sales trend;
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, delivery dates and prepare sales contracts;
• Arrange for shipping documentation and oversee the scheduling and dispatching of products, tracing goods transition and make follow-ups with customers;
• Consult with clients after sale or signed contracts to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support; resolve customer issues and problems in a timely manner by exhibiting a sense of professionalism;
• Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries. Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements;
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information;
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required;
• 5 years of experience in sales and marketing strategies is required;
• Proficient in English, written and oral is a must; Other languages speakers are considered as an asset; Speaking Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone skills;
• Able to actively seek out new customers;
• Ability to establish customer telephone contact in an effective and timely manner;
• Computer literate, proficient in the Microsoft suite;
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to handle multiple tasks;
• Effective time management, planning and execution skills;
• Must be a team player with positive attitude;
• Able to travel (20-30%).
