OATI is seeking both recent graduates and business professionals for positions as Project Assistants to assist with managing complex software/hardware application deployments within the energy industry. These positions require demonstrated proficiency in communication, problem analysis, and understanding of project planning and implementation. Successful candidates will assist in all aspects of customer-facing and internal projects, including administrative functions. OATI professionals lead client and vendor teams responsible for the development and delivery of OATI regulatory, compliance, transmission, energy trading, transmission scheduling, energy accounting, and settlement solutions. These positions provide opportunities in a fast-paced environment working on the latest industry initiatives and the inherent growth opportunities.

Job responsibilities include:
• Provide administrative functions and support to project teams
• Participate in various solution project teams, providing support to the project team leader
• Actively support and drive project teams to meet challenging deadlines, track and monitor key project dates
• Manage, compile, and track data and documentation for specific projects
OATI offers part time employment up to 40 hours a week with potential to become full time following a three month probationary period.
