Geospatial Analytic Trainer (Virginia Beach, Virginia)

Linxx Global Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking two full-time Geospatial Analytic Trainers (2 full-time equivalents in Virginia Beach, Virginia).

These positions are contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
Train personnel to conduct full-motion video processing, exploitation, and dissemination from air, space, ground, and maritime intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance assets
Produce extremely detailed analytical products
Conduct order of battle analysis, activity-based intelligence, and battle damage assessments, employing traditional imagery intelligence tradecraft
Perform traditional processing, exploitation, and dissemination on electro-optical, infrared, radar motion, and still-frame imagery
Focus on full-spectrum geospatial intelligence and terrain/geospatial analysis and production
Conduct training on tactical intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance processing system and THOR system setup, use, network connection, troubleshooting, and tear down
Instruct on full-motion video processing, exploitation, and dissemination analysis platform (Scan Eagle and Puma) and payload capabilities
Provide instruction on data ingestion, transport, and storage
Provide instruction on all three phases of processing, exploitation, and dissemination and the products required under each phase
Maintain course continuity and provide regular updates to the training curriculum and tests
Draft feedback on student participation and performance
Adapt course curriculum to relevant area of operations/target set for class participants

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Possess basic computer skills
Possess strong interpersonal and demonstrated briefing skills
Be capable of multi-tasking in a high-stress, time-sensitive environment
Ability to perform high-level/expert imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements
Have operational and tactical-level intelligence experience, including general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems
Capability to effectively direct subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments
Proficiency in utilizing computer applications and intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development

Required Qualifications
Current Top Secret security clearance
Ability to read, write, and speak English
A minimum of eight years of hands-on geospatial intelligence analytical experience within the U.S. Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
At least five years of technical experience
At least two years of experience within the past three years with geospatial intelligence exploitation tools
At least two years of experience with geospatial intelligence analysis and production, intelligence architecture, intelligence databases, quality control, and training (military personnel who have two years of hands-on full-motion video analysis experience within the Special Operations Forces community automatically meet the minimum requirement)
