Duties:

Verifying detailed data from documents and returns; matching to database recorded entries
Ensuring the accuracy of software's functionality to successfully prepare tax documents
Working with multiple clients in various industries to help to expedite the overall tax season process with a paperless workflow.
Qualifications:

Experience and a good skill set with Microsoft Office.
Solid Alpha-Numeric Data Entry Skills
Intermediate computer proficiency in a Windows driven environment.
Strong attention to detail
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Dress Attire: Business Casual

Full-Time Hours:

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM | 10:30am - 7:00am

Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays and Overtime are optional)
