 A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience as a general manager with proven results and best practices for restoring/reconstructing residential and commercial properties from beginning to completion with profitability, safety and quality.
 A four-year degree preferred.
 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding established business goals, creating and executing plans, implementing key performance metrics, problem solving, decision making and strong financial and business acumen.

Job Requirements:
Operations: Lead your teams to respond from the time disaster strikes and perform to completion delivering successful, profitable restoration residential and commercial projects.
 Set the strategy and ensure work is performed pursuant to contract and plans, safely, within budget, on time, profitably, according to high standards and to the customer’s satisfaction.
 Create and implement best practices using effectively using technology, documentation, schedules, reports, labor and equipment with key performance metrics.
 Continually optimize company offerings, operations, and projects to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring overall project quality and customer satisfaction.
 Demonstrate proficient knowledge and applied practical expertise of residential and commercial restoration with ability to roll up sleeves to work and train crews when necessary.
 Establish processes to optimize inventory of equipment and materials.
 Prompt investigation and resolution of all complaints and emergencies.

Client Relations and Business Development: Demonstrate a high regard for sales, new business development, client relationships, and helping to achieve company’s aggressive sales and profitability goals to ensure long term growth.
 Assist in developing new business including analyzing sites and collaborating with sales providing accurate estimates, attending new client meetings and following up to ensure execution of contract.
 Ensure highest customer satisfaction with prompt responses to all client communications resolving complaints in a professional manner.
 Research, analyze and stay ahead of the market, customers, industry and competitors with early identification and recommended plans of action for customer needs, trends, new business, new service/product offerings, and challenges.

Financial: Manage budget, cost controls, estimates, subcontracts, revenue and labor.
 Implement best practices and corrective actions to increase revenue and profitability.
 Understand P&L with ability to provide periodic status report.
