Job Description:

  • The successful candidate for this position will be responsible to deliver and/or oversee financial pricing aspects of proposal submission in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs.)

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Deliver and/or oversee pricing aspects of proposal submission in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs)

    • Lead Price Proposal efforts from RFP release through proposal submission to include RFP analysis, preparing clarifying questions related to pricing, developing cost models and preparing cost estimates related to proposed solution for all major contract types (FFP, T&M, cost-plus, IDIQ, etc)

    • Work with technical and capture teams to determine cost input requirements, collect and consolidate inputs, and independently verify the soundness of the inputs

    • Analyze and interpret RFP to identify operation and key financial risks related to the proposed solution, and run what-if analyses to quantify risks and recommend mitigation strategies

    • Maintain competitive data and produce Price to Win (PTW) estimates

    • Present the key pricing highlights, risks, and mitigation to the executive team consisting of CEO, CFO and Group Presidents

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • MBA and 2 years' experience (with FP&A and/or pricing) *OR* Bachelor Degree in a related discipline and 5 - 8 years' experience (with FP&A and/or pricing).

    • Proven record of successfully developing solutions to a variety of complex problems and completing tasks requiring considerable judgement and initiative

    • Ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, deadline orientated environment

    • Professional presence, positive disposition, reliable, self-motivated
