Wage Rate Hourly: $25.00 Hourly

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: These positions are Permanent and Full-Time

Minimum Education: High School

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in farm settings

Language: English

Duties: Farm Supervisor will perform below mentioned duties at our farm: -

• Supervise harvest proceedings

• Create work schedules

• Co-ordinate the activities of our farm workers

• Train new employees and assist workers in their duties as needed

• Ensure all health and safety procedures are being followed by all workers at all times

• Oversee sorting and overall handling of produce to ensure highest possible quality of our products

• Attend regular management meetings

• Ensure work is done in timely manners.
