The Dean Foods Enterprise Network Systems team is looking for a Network Analyst that can assist with the day-to-day operations, support, and maintenance of a multisite enterprise network.



Core responsibilities of this role would entail working with the Network Administrators, Engineers, and Vendors to ensure that the network is monitored, maintained, and configured based on best practices and industry standards.



We're looking for someone who has solid technical skills in the core network disciplines, and is well versed in the Cisco product suite, including Meraki and Call Manager (CUCM). Additionally, the successful candidate should be well organized, self-motivated, and possess the ability to coordinate, and oversee various networking-related projects, as needed.



Primary Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate with and oversee Vendor personnel as it relates to the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of core networking hardware, software, and systems.

  • Asset management and inventory control, including procurement, deployment, and disposition of assets, as needed.

  • Work closely with external contractors to ensure incidents are reported, tracked, escalated, and resolved within prescribed service levels.

  • Begins to develop and apply expertise in a chosen primary field of network engineering while maintaining knowledge in network engineering as a discipline.

  • Manage and monitor network-related equipment to ensure proper support coverage. Specifically, Cisco (Smartnet, Software Subscription, Meraki subscription).



Additional Responsibilities:



  • Provide technical support to clients using Cisco CUCM, Jabber, Expressway and Unity

  • Assist in troubleshooting and isolation of issues and problems as they occur.

  • Ensure availability of all network systems and collaboration outsource support resources which include route/switch infrastructure, WAN networks and wireless support.

  • Manage the internal infrastructure to include wiring, equipment changes, vendor coordination and process management.

  • Provide technical support to internal and external clients in all aspect of voice and collaboration networking.

  • Support the architecture of the voice and network environment by enforcing deployment practices, build procedures, and change management.

  • Manage alerting, monitoring, and reporting for supported systems that will promote continuous operation.


Minimum Requirements:



  • 4-years' technical experience in installing, configuring, and supporting a multi-site network.

  • 4-years' technical experience with TCP/IP Networking, Routers, Switches, and firewalls

  • 4-years' technical experience with Cisco products and technologies including Meraki.

  • 4-years' technical experience with wireless networks and access points.

  • 4-years' technical experience with voice and data communications, including: Cisco CUCM, PRI, POTS, MPLS, SIP, and VPN.

  • 3-years' experience with key maintenance and support functions, including: Cisco Smartnet, Meraki subscriptions, and multi-vendor renewals.

  • 3-years' experience working with internal and external (3rd-party) entities as it relates to troubleshooting and resolution of various issues.

  • 3-years' experience in project management including developing technical project plans.



Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science, plus 5 years of experience in Network Engineering.


Language:



  • English (Required)



Certifications:



  • Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

  • MCSE - preferred



Travel:



  • 10 - 20 %
