Job Description:
Supervise and report workers performance.
Provide reports on worker quality and task efficiency
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers while they perform duties such as spray, twist and prune, picking, packing, and so forth
Establish work schedules and procedure
Co-ordinate activities with other work units
Resolve work-related issues and problems
Prepare and submit progress and relative reports
Train workers in job duties such as: twist and prune, picking, packing and company policies
Requisition supplies and materials
Competent with integrated pest management compliance
May be required to perform the same duties as workers supervised.
2 years experience per the above preferred
Please note:
Wages are based upon an hourly rate plus benefits
Initial wage may be probationary
