Duties:
„P Prepare and cook Fusion and Japanese dishes and menus
„P Prepare and make sauces for Fusion and Japanese dishes
„P Develop and improve menus.
„P Estimate food requirements and cost.
„P Monitor the inventory of food stocks and kitchen supplies.
„P Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Job Location: 2-31940 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 1V6
Requirement:
Completion of Secondary school
3 yrs or more experience in commercial cooking required
$ 20.00 ~ 21.00 per hour, 35 to 40 hours per week
