About the position

The Web Analyst will be working within the scope of managing web projects and performing high volume data management to support the business needs. Your success is dependent on building a strategic partnership and becoming aligned with the operations and tech teams. We require a candidate with the motivation to succeed and a passion to excel. You will work internally across departments and externally with clients and vendors, so it is imperative to always demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, launch, scale, update, and maintain transactional and static websites and site features to service and inform class action claims members
Manipulate large amounts of data (mass insert, update, upsert, delete) either directly, using SQL statements or Excel, or through dedicated data management software
Prepare and send mass emailing campaigns including designing templates, cleaning up email lists, etc.
Securely save, sort, organize, transfer, and share data that is uploaded/submitted to websites
Write, build, and safely deploy web services, microservices, and applications
Generate and analyze data reports from internal and external sources
Write well designed, testable, and efficient code by using best software development practices
Research and data mine as directed to retrieve data/status and develop/provide metrics as required
Create website layouts/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Triage incident tickets, manage incidents and outages
Continually work towards strengthening industry knowledge and all relevant applications
Communicate regularly and effectively with all colleagues
Exhibit a very organized approached and superior attention to details
Meet regularly with managers to provide feedback and facilitate communication
Adhere to all business processes while performing tasks
Able to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed
Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management


Job Requirements:
Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree in computer science, IT, Mathematics, or related field or discipline
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments
Proven working experience in web programming
Database system(s) and complex data analytics experience
SQL, advanced Excel (including VBA), data mining
Knowledgeable of web application development frameworks
Must have front-end, back-end and server-side experience
Programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS and responsive design
Expertise in a Linux environment: PHP (v7 preferred), MySQL (v8 preferred), JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
Knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming and web application development
Ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to arrive at optimal solutions
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Demonstrate a high degree of productivity while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Excellent written, verbal, communication, and research skills a must
Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it
Work effectively with diversified individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies
Project a positive, professional image toward clients, vendors and staff in all interactions and situations
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
