Job Description:
 Senior Functional Analyst
The Senior functional analyst position will be responsible for analyzing high-level user requirements provided by key stakeholders within the business. They will break down those requirements into technical work items, then communicate those items to the software development teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work directly with business users to understand and specific high-level requirements
- Plan out a website flow and prepare/present page mockups to be evaluated
- Prepare user interface designs that optimize user experience for target persona
- Prepare technical documentation to be presented to the software development team that details the specific requirements
- Present ideas in a group setting and facilitate constructive discussion to drive consensus
- Will read and design entity-relationship models and business process flow diagrams
Experience/Knowledge Preferred:
- Requires understanding of website design
- Requires high-level understanding of relational database design and terminology
- 2-4 years working in the planning and design of business to business e-commerce applications.
- 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
- Experience with storyboarding
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or sciences or educational experience
- 3-5 years working as a business/functional analyst in the design of eCommerce B2B websites
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
