SNI has teamed with a valued client in Los Angeles on a search for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter should have a minimum of 3 years of IT recruiting experience. The Technical Recruiter should have strong Software industry experience along with the ability to relate to IT Line Managers.Key Responsibilities:* The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for researching candidate availability and sourcing for candidates via a wide range of strategies.* The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring a deep candidate pool for pipeline requisitions.* The Technical Recruiter will use a candidate applicant tracking system to help to control open job requisitions and candidate flow.* The Technical Recruiter will assist in the creation of job descriptions and to fully vet candidates prior to presenting them to new positions.
