KDK Blueberry Farm is growing quality blueberries in BC since many years. We are committed to growing, harvesting and selling of quality produce on our farms located in Surrey. Currently, we are hiring Farm Workers for our blueberry farms located in Surrey, BC.
Job Description:

Position: Farm Worker
Number of positions: 4
Terms of employment: Full-time - Permanent; Year- round work
Salary: $13.85 per hour
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, a combination of sitting, standing and walking
Worksite Environment: Outdoors, wet, damp, rain, shine, hot, cold weather
Farm/Work Location: 4538, 168 St, Surrey, BC, V3S 8Z1
Job Responsibilities:
• Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate and harvest crops.
• Pruning and thinning.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Examine produce for quality and prepare for market.
• Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies, farm produces for transport.
• Other farm-related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
• No experience required; we will train.
• Ability to work long hours, early morning and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment which may be physically demanding.
• No education and language requirements.
Benefits:
• Accommodation will be provided at $30/week if required.
• Transportation to work place is available if required.
