Job Description:
Serve as the point person for the President's team on overseeing logistics and preparation for internal and external meetings, events, and other activities.

Requires 3+ years experience with a financial services corporation such as an Insurance Carrier, Investment Bank, Mortgage & Loan Company, or similar.

*** Research event requests to determine strategic value of the President's involvement.

*** Maintain external events calendar.

*** Oversee travel preparations and expense tracking.

*** Prepare background research and other materials that aid the President in preparing for internal and external engagements.

*** Coordinate with initiative and program teams to prepare timely and relevant briefing materials for meetings, public events, trips, and other activities.

*** Draft the President's correspondence and memos to staff.

*** Maintain the President's internal files for correspondence, briefings, briefing books, and other relevant materials.
