Job Description:

Position Summary



  • The Main responsibility of the Commercial Safety Reporting Quality Analyst will be running queries and analysis within this research-based pharmaceutical company.

  • Prepare analyses of integrated information from multiple systems to support routine and ad hoc reporting on the quality of safety information management from CEPs, CIT tools, and social listening activities.

  • Customer Engagement Programs (CEPs) are Company-sponsored programs that allow for two-way communication between the Company and its customers in order for the Company to gain insight from, or provide information or support to, its customers.

  • Customer Interaction Tracking (CIT) tools are used by Commercial Customer Facing Colleagues to plan and track their interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and may include product safety information reported by HCPs during these interactions.

  • Social listening involves the collection, monitoring, or analysis of content from various social media platforms in order to learn about customer attitudes and experiences regarding a company, its products or other areas of interest.


Responsibilities



  • Coordinate preparation and finalization of a complex quarterly report in accordance with strict timelines; manage contributions from multiple sources..

  • Conduct bi-weekly and monthly analyses of data from the CEP Inventory System, the Company's Analytical and Statistical Tool, safety data warehouse, Trackwise Quality Event tracking system, and other ad hoc sources.

  • Integrate and summarize data from multiple sources according to detailed procedures.

  • Prepare accurate charts and graphics using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation at an executive level.

  • Respond to inquiries and ad hoc data requests from multiple sources. Prioritize work to meet ad hoc requests while maintaining deadlines for routine reports.

  • Analyze anomalous results and troubleshoot effectively.

  • Maintain appropriate change documentation and detailed logs of activities to meet audit and inspection requests as needed.

  • Follow guidances and use standard tools related to commercial safety quality processes; provide feedback on these for continuous improvement.

  • Use appropriate discretion in the management of information.

  • Liaise with other Commercial and Safety contacts (e.g., in Commercial Quality & Oversight and Safety Evaluation and Reporting) and other stakeholders as needed.


Qualifications
Education



  • Bachelor's degree required.


Experience



  • Minimum 3 years' experience that demonstrates an ability to carry out data analysis and data management functions proficiently and accurately and to complete quality work on a timely basis.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a regulated work environment preferred (e.g., pharmaceutical, health care, or banking).
