We are currently looking for a Cook –
• Is responsible for the preparation of various menu items for the restaurants and special events.
• Assumes an active role in quality control of all food items.
• Is familiar with all items in freezer and coolers, and assists in ensuring that items are properly rotated to maintain freshness.(i.e. first in, first out)
• Assists in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the kitchen.
• A general knowledge of the preparation of various food items is required.
• A thorough knowledge of sanitation and proper food handling.
