Technical Inside Sales Representative
Location: Nisku, AB

Job Requirements:
Strong customer service background in a sales environment
Strong communication skills
Moderate to strong working knowledge of Excel
High Attention to detail
Flexibility to work extended hours and various shifts
Preferred Experience:
Working knowledge of Pipes, Valves, Fittings and Flanges
Working knowledge of the oil and gas industry
Experience in Inside Sales in a related industry
Job Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain customer quotes, bids and orders in a timely manner
Work closely with other departments on customer solutions and strategies
Provide technical assistance and support for customers
Gain an understanding to the customers’ business to determine customer requirements and solutions to their needs
Maintain various records as needed
Adhere to Safety policies, guidelines and training
Maintain Office cleanliness
