We are seeking a Phone Receptionist to work for a large corporation in Ewing, NJ!




  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

  • Pay Rate: $14.00/hour

  • Long term opportunity with potential for permanent hire!



Job Responsibilities for the Phone Receptionist:



  • Answering incoming phone calls

  • Transfer calls accordingly

  • Answer questions for customers calling in

  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook and Excel) for documentation and internal correspondence



Job Requirements for the Phone Receptionist:



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Prior experience working as a receptionist, call center representative or administrative assistant

  • Intermediate level of experience working in Microsoft Office programs
