Wage Rate Hourly: $25 Hourly
Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: It is a Permanent and Full-Time position

Minimum Education: completion of High School is required
Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Farm Supervisor or manager is required
Asset: A degree/diploma in agricultural management or related will be asset
Duties: We are looking for an all rounded person to perform Farm Manager duties: -
• Manage the overall operations of the farm;
• Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivation and crop harvesting
activities;
• Good decision making and problem solving skills;
• Hire and manage farm personnel
• Manage financial records and manage expenses
• Purchase seed, tools and farm machinery and other supplies as required
• Perform farming duties
