Job Description:
1135015 BC Ltd. looking for Supervisor that oversees the leads and other processing staff, you will be serving as a key point of contact and facilitating the safe, hygienic, and efficient processing of cannabis.

Location: 9256 Somers Road, Port Alberni, BC, V9Y 8N8
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Work Hours: 8 hours a day/40 hour a week
Core Duties:
Supervise effectiveness of cultivation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory framework
Ensures the workers executes their responsibilities safely, efficiently, and in a way that maintains exceptional product quality throughout the process.
Meets and exceeds production targets and remain in constant communication with the Manager regarding variances from daily goals.
Ensures the daily instruction(s) received from the Manager are being followed.
Ensures the trim and dry rooms are operating in accordance with all standard operating procedures, safety standards, health Canada standards, and quality control directives.
In conjunction with the leads, oversees daily pre-inspections and post-inspections of all trimming equipment, tools, and materials.
Maintains the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area.
In conjunction with the Manager, administers training programs to the staff.
Serves as a resource and point of contact for processing staff, paying specific attention to the health and safety requirements of workers in the processing facility.
Job Requirements:
Secondary School certification is required
2-3 years experience in cultivation of cannabis or other delicate commercial crops.
Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons already legally authorized to work in Canada.
