Job Details for Executive Assistant:



  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

  • Pay Rate: $15/hour

  • Contract to Hire



Job Responsibilities & Description for Executive Assistant:



  • Provide friendly and energetic customer service

  • Manage travel and appointment schedules for the executive team

  • Use Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel to manage account data

  • Oversee and create content for social media accounts



Job Requirements for Executive Assistant:



  • High energy, optimistic personality

  • Self-motivated - must be highly productive with little supervision

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office: Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Marketing, or Business preferred

  • Entry-level experience: the ideal candidate would be a fresh college grad, eager to learn and kick start their career
