Job Responsibilities & Description for Administrative Assistant:
- Manage new mail in document management system
- Answer, direct and handle all phone calls and faxes
- Process all policies and manage policy log
- Set-up client meetings and manage the calendar
- Process certifications of Insurance
- Inivoicing and billing
Job Requirements for Administrative Assistant:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience with WordSmart
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
