Experience Required:

✓ Minimum of 5 years’ successful managing, leading and growing operations for exterior services that includes landscape maintenance and snow removal. A four-year degree in related field preferred.

Job Requirements:
Operations: Manage and grow all exterior services including landscape maintenance and snow removal operations to meet or exceed established goals by performing all work according to the agreement, within budget, on schedule and to the customer’s satisfaction recommending corrective action when necessary.

✓ Create, formalize and execute an effective strategic and tactical operations plan for profitable growth, efficiency and to position the company as a valued business partner.

✓ Implement best practices and processes to improve operations to maximize revenue, profitability and quality with efficient use of resources, assets and subcontractors.

✓ Manage contracts to ensure efficiency performance.

✓ Implement and optimize technology and performance metrics.

✓ Analyze, understand and stay ahead of the market and competitors with early identification and recommended sales and operations strategies.

Sales/Client Development: Demonstrate a high concern for client relationships, retention and new business.

✓ Develop and execute new business and new market strategies including bundled service packages, profitable estimates, successful presentations and proposals to support sales and meet established new business goals and KPI’s are achieved or exceeded.

✓ Maintain and improve relationships with customers to ensure continued and additional work.

✓ Create demand through quality, expertise and effective problem solving.

Financial: Manage the financial aspects including budgets, reports, forecasting, P&L, estimates, contracts, costs, resources, tracking, performance and implementing long term corrective actions to increase revenue and profitability.

Leadership: Recruit, manage, train and mentor and retain a high performing, results oriented team and subcontractors focused on professionalism and best practices.

✓ Recruit top performers, manage, train and motivate and retain your team to maximize their contribution, achieve high performance, and excellence in operations, profitability and customer relations.

✓ Coach and mentor to share our passion for continuous improvement, performance, customer service, growth, revenue and profitability.
