Job Description:
Manage chemical applications & technical support needs of assigned customer accounts and ensure revenue growth of company products and services.
Products = Drilling & Completion Chemicals; Petroleum Production Chemicals and Transmission & Storage Chemicals such as: Oxidizers; Water Control; Corrosion Inhibitors; Solvents; H2S Scavengers; Anti-Foulants; Defoamers; Surfactants; Emulsion Breakers; Hydrate Inhibitors; Biocides; Cleaning Agents; Deposit Removal; NGL Sulfur Removal; Fracture Fluids; Viscosifiers, Pipe Lubricants and Friction Reducers; etc.
*** Lead business reviews, technical presentations, and attend customer meetings.
*** Identify and close new sales.
*** Manage account Budget & Profit & Loss statements.
*** Observe and analyze existing petroleum processing protocols, chemical additives and operator technician activities.
*** Assist internal technical Subject Matter Experts with equipment, process and materials.
*** Maintain chemical inventories and coordinate chemical deliveries at client locations.
*** Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to key clients.
*** Perform basic field & lab services and communicate Performance Metrics vs Key Performance Indicators.
*** Interpret technical data and send service reports with recommendations on a daily & weekly basis.
*** Serve as subject matter expert.
