Experience: No experience required, basic training will be provided.

Duties:

Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate and harvest crops

Clean farm machinery and equipment

Detect disease/problems in crops

Examine produce for quality and prepare for market

Follow all the safety standards

Report to and follow directions of a farm supervisor Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling.

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, rain/ shine, hot/cold weather (Candidate should be physically able and willing to work on the farm in rain/sun or shine)
