Change Manager

Our client is looking for a Change Manager to join the Global Business Transformation Team. This person will be responsible for the scoping, planning, and delivering of complex, regional, and enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives and cross-functional change management programs.

Here's what you'll be doing:



  • Managing a small number of high-profile global transformation initiatives

  • Collaborating with senior business line management to formulate and manage project scope

  • Liaising with functional teams on assessment, design, and deliver complex, enterprise-wide processes that may cross multiple business lines

  • Conducting current state & gap analysis, creating target state operating models and the process architecture

  • Creating reports at executive level on progress, value realization, key risks, and challenge

  • Building and managing change management plans which include - change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, stakeholder education and resistant management

  • Journey management (impact assessment, vehicle analysis, communications planning, implementation)

  • Organizational design (e.g. capacity modeling, workflow, span of control, job descriptions)

  • Business operations process mapping, redesign and implementation


Here's what our ideal candidate has:



  • 7+ years of change management or project management experience, with at least 4 years of experience with transformation projects preferably with big four consulting firms

  • Significant experience working in business analysis (including requirements development) and large scale business transformation initiatives

  • Experience leading and managing multiple projects proving project planning, control, reporting and presentations

  • Understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks; preferably Prosci certified

  • Competent use of other Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Ability to operate on his/her own with some oversight

  • Excellent project planning, control, reporting and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
