Job Description:
Busy property management company seeking an experienced and energetic receptionist/office assistant. General duties include opening the office each day, answering multiple phone lines, sending out monthly invoices, making daily bank deposits, creating and scheduling work orders, coordinating vendor and homeowner schedules, scheduling routine maintenance, maintaining up-to-date vendor W-9s and insurance certificates, and filing. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks, be a team player, and have experience working in a professional office setting. Experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel required.
