Job Description:
(1) Formulate, update and release our human resource policies and procedures to establish uniform understanding and ensure that all staff members are informed with the latest procedures
(2) Advise the senior management on the matter of hiring strategies as well as assisting with integrating effective HR processes, programs and practices into our companyís daily operations
(3) Provide employees with information and incentives about the benefit and compensation package in our company, devise a performance evaluation and responding salary bonus measure for them, and
(4) Serve as liaison with senior management to coordinate the HR needs including staffing, succession planning, employee relations, and policy review.
(5) Collect, sort and keep our staffís files and documents in our system log, offer consultation to employees when required and explain in detail to employees about the development of their career path
(6) Represent on behalf of the company when dealing with a labor dispute, report to the senior management about employee matters and assist the management to properly address the issues with discretion
(7) Determine efficient hiring system and coordinate with various departments for all payroll functions and manage all programs and assist to design and customize all training programs and workshops and manage talent across staff
(8) Assist to hire the best candidates within the budget by using a variety of practices for talent searching, including using proprietary databases, reviewing potential internal candidates, searching social media sites, and draft the job description for each position


Job Requirements:
1) At least a bachelorís degree is required; major or minor in business administration or management is preferred;
2) Minimum 5 years experience in the field of human resource department;
3) Able to maintain confidentiality and establish a high level of trust and credibility while managing sensitive information;
4) Excellent analysis, communication, coordination, negotiation and leadership skills;
5) Proficient with MS Office Suite and standard office equipment to generate, access, and disseminate information;
6) High level of responsibility and professionalism, able to handle work-related stress;
7) Able to make fact-based decisions in a timely manner.
