Job Description: 1. Oversee and manage Kin’s Farm Market supply chain operations, including product storage, packaging and distribution, inbound/outbound logistics and budget control in order to make sure the accurate and timely delivery of supplies, raw materials, and finished products 2. Create and implement supply chain procedures that increase overall efficiency, revise the current policies to improve service quality, determine key supply chain KPIs; 3. Coordinate with senior management to identify all supplies to meet all business requirements and analyze all market conditions and prepare estimate of all cost trends 4. Conduct inventory control, involving executing demand flow verification processes, engaging in short-term and long-term planning and conduct inventory analyses, optimizing operational resources while executing cost reductions 5. Build and maintain good relationships with our external suppliers, evaluate purchasing cost and risk associated with suppliers, handle communications and negotiations of buying contracts, source new suppliers using various channels; 6. Administer all suppliers performances and provide feedback for their activities and recommend corrective measures, hold them accountable to maintain top quality and reputation of our company 7. Participate in hiring and training new team members, elevate team through recognition, performance evaluation and constructive feedback;
Job Requirements: 1) College diploma or above, major in business administration, logistics or supply chain preferred; 2) Minimum 5 years experience in the field of supply chain, minimum 2 years in a management role; 3) Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market; 4) Excellent analysis, communication, coordination, negotiation and leadership skills; 5) High level of responsibility and professionalism, able to handle work-related stress; 6) Able to make fact-based decisions in a timely manner.
