Customer Support Specialist
The HT Group is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist for an exciting client in South Austin. Successful candidates will be positive, flexible and strong communicators! This customer support team works in a fun and creative environment to provide email and phone support to customers.
Pay rate $13-15/hr DOE
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Place orders and/or answer a high volume of customer inquiries.
- Customer service to clients calling in
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Data entry of orders
- Verifying that all information that needs to be in a customer record is there and correct
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong typing (45 WPM minimum)
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Experience managing an executive calendar a plus!
- Must have attention to detail
