Job Description:
CM Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for building programs in our marketing automation platform, creating campaigns in our CRM and the marketing budget management process. This role focuses on optimizing and maintaining the marketing and sales databases and assisting the Marketing team in achieving our goals to drive engagement and increase conversion rates among our target audience.

The ideal candidate is focused, detailed-oriented, and excited to enter the wide world of Marketing Operations, demand generation, and marketing technology.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Provide operational coordination of campaigns across lines of business and internal departments
Work with accounting and other finance teams to manage, track and predict marketing team budgets
Ensure marketing regulation compliance (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM compliance)
Participate in the creation, oversight, and refinement of scalable workflows for email and other tactics/products
Work closely with cross-functional managers to gather requirements for development and enhancement of tools and applications
Managing lists and defining the appropriate audiences for various communications
Maintain data quality between CRM and Marketing Automation databases.

Job Requirements:
Required 1+ years of Marketing Automation Platform experience (Marketo preferred.)
You have a BA or BS in marketing, business, or similar field
1-3 years experience working in B2B marketing
Understanding of development processes and capabilities for email
Salesforce experience, Salesforce reporting and dashboard
Outstanding organization and project management skills, with great attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally, with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude
A "whatever it takes to get the job done right" attitude
Experience with Asana is a plus
