Job Description:
We are the Maritimes John Deere Dealership with 14 locations. We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Office Administrator

Reporting to the Store Manager, the successful applicant will be the Office Administrator for the dealership and provide bookkeeping and clerical services.

Duties include:

Reconciling daily cash
Preparing bank deposits
Posting payments to AR
Processing of customs paperwork
Posting AP vendor invoices
Receipting inventory
Working closely with sales reps and helping with their paperwork
Other admin tasks as needed
Follow up calls to customers

The successful candidate will be an outgoing, friendly, “high energy” individual capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have a valid driver's license.

A minimum high school graduate plus formal training of 2 years equivalent experience in accounting. A good knowledge of computer programs is essential, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
