Position Summary: The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the financials, operations and staff at all levels of club operations for existing clubs. The Regional Manager is also responsible for start up of new clubs including operational setup, hiring and training.

Essential Functions: • Work cooperatively with senior leadership, including property management, accounting, and human resources, to develop and execute portfolio initiatives and daily operations • Develop and drive strategy around brand positioning and member experience for our L10 Fitness portfolio • Develop, maintain and uphold operational guidelines that represent the L10 Fitness brand and operating philosophy • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, direct, coach, develop, evaluate, retain, and provide day-today direction and guidance to club managers and all employees on his/her team • Coordinate bonus incentive program and verify scoring for club manager bonuses • Work closely with each club to manage costs (i.e. labor, supplies, repairs), drive greater operational efficiency, and maintain the L10 Fitness brand • Interact with members and employees exemplifying professionalism, our Core Values and Company Mission Statement • Regularly evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and create centralized best practices within facilities to ensure uniform performance from location to location • Inspect gyms with club managers regularly to ensure consistency across the portfolio and adherence to L10 Fitness standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security and physical club operations • Cover any club manager duty if needed in cases of emergency or vacancy • Work with property management and club managers to develop and oversee capital improvement plans, annual budgets, goals, performance projections, and monthly reports • Monitor current trends in the industry and make recommendations (i.e. club appearance, fitness equipment, group classes) • Manage all duties related to new club openings within region (i.e. hiring, training, operational setup)

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience: 5 years of management experience in the service/fitness industry

Qualifications: • Must have a positive attitude and be able to motivate staff in positive manner • Proven track record of leading a team and maintaining a high performing, service-driven and dynamic work environment • Possess strong motivational, communication, team building, and training skills • Ability to act decisively and prioritize appropriately • Strong planning and organizational skills • Proficient use in software programs utilized in the clubs preferred (MindBody, Wexer, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office) • Ability to role model and uphold the Company’s Mission/Vision/Values

Specialized knowledge, licenses, etc: CPR/First Aid Certified
