Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain accurate insurance records/details
- Input information into internal computer system
- Communicate effectively with other team members
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Experience working within a small insurance company preferred but not required
