Our client, a leader in the Mortgage Services Industry, is seeking qualified applicants for several administrative and customer service roles in Plymouth Meeting!
Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm - Monday - Friday
- $15 - 17 per hour to start, based on experience!
Job Responsibilities & Description:
- Answering incoming calls and acting as a liaison between company, borrower, and loan officer.
- Typing up title information and handling other customer service requests.
- Reviewing loan documentation for errors and ensuring that they are accurate
- Assisting with other projects as necessary
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1 year of office / customer service experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
