Responsibilities
 Ensures products are specified to maintain and increase revenue by prioritizing the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales and margin results.
 Develops and maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
 Keeps current with internal and external training and development.
 Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the marketplace and provide reports on a regular and/or monthly basis.
 Assists in the planning strategy to provide the products and service required for their assigned accounts.
 Assists in the customer conversion of competitive accounts.
 Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new business.
 Provides insight on products and service required for customers to assist in company strategy planning.
 Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
 Supervise copywriting, editing and proofreading responsibilities for external marketing programs and ongoing marketing communications.
 Oversee all aspects of Company Website including content, graphics, SEM, SEO, landing pages and future E-Commerce.
 Manage and deploy email and web advertising campaigns including copy, graphics, statistics, and pay per click campaigns.
 Work directly with Domestic and International Distributors on joint Marketing programs.
 Assist in identifying marketing opportunities by determining consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
 Support the management and organization of social media sites and accounts.
 Compile monthly statistics of all current web activity including website, social media, and web advertising.
 Meet marketing and sales financial goals by forecasting requirements; assist in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
 Monitor and report expenses, compared to budget, relating to execution of the Marketing Plan and “marketing media” expenses.
 Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
 Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
 Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer activation (including initial account configuration) and spend demand.
 Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule.
 Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution.
 Establish channel strategies along with execute associated plans.


Job Requirements:
Requirements
 A Bachelor degree is required…An MBA is a plus.
 7+ years of experience in Marketing…Any Sales or Account Management is a plus.
 Any industry…Some type of industry that caters to Manufacturing clientele…Manufacturing, Logistics, Technology, Engineering, Consulting or Professional Service is a plus.
 Direct B2B Experience is ideal.
 Strong business acumen.
 Prior experience developing or exposure to implementing a Marketing plan.
 Solid project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
