Job Description:

Eurofins Product Testing is looking for a Regulatory Assistant in the non-food consumer goods sector on behalf of one of our leading e-commerce clients. The Regulatory Assistant will be responsible for managing regulatory requirements for a wide variety of consumer products, and will be expected to handle day-to-day operational tasks and collaborate with local and international teams to support overall program management. Placement for this position will be located onsite with the client in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood 4 days per week, with 1-day onsite with Eurofins team.

Onsite Regulatory Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

·After an initial period of training and introduction candidate will be based in the client's headquarter and will represent Eurofins Product Testing

·Assist in the activities of placing new consumer products on the US market by ensuring regulatory compliance and safety of products, including test report review, supplier documentation review, and project management

·Coordinate and effectively manage laboratory testing and other consultation services

·Manage regulatory and safety protocols to ensure the most up-to-date regulations and standards are incorporated

·Create operational metrics and business reporting

·Drive scalable business solutions which ensure compliance with consumer product regulations

The ideal candidate would possess:

·Experience working in regulatory sector of consumer products (Cosmetics, Children's Products, Detergents, Houseware, Hygiene Products). Canada, Mexico, and EU knowledge a plus, Medical Device and Drug/Pharmaceutical knowledge a plus.

·Proven knowledge of business reporting;

·Strong attention to detail;

·Proven written and verbal communication skills;

·Ability to analyze and propose data-driven solutions;

·Proficiency in Excel

·Is a self-starter who works independently with minimal direction

·Is familiar with consumer retail and US regulatory requirements

·Is a customer obsessed problem solver who can effectively prioritize to manage multiple, changing priorities;

·Thrives in a fast-paced environment

·A mix of compliance and project management experience

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent

·Fluent in English: written and spoken;

·3+ years of professional work experience

·Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Seattle, WA are encouraged to apply.
